Pakistan produced a much-improved bowling performance against England on the opening day of the second Test at Lord’s. The visitors’ pace attack repeatedly troubled England’s batters in challenging conditions, giving Pakistan an encouraging start after their disappointing defeat in the first Test at Headingley.
